Lucy Barylak, MSW, is a Social Gerontology Consultant with West-Central Montreal Health in Montreal, Canada. Lucy is a renowned expert in caregiving having won the Queen’s Jubilee Award twice, presented by the Canadian Homecare Association. In this session Lucy will focus on what it means to set boundaries and why it is important for Caregivers to do this. She will also go over strategies that Caregivers can use when setting boundaries with the person they are caring for as well as with those around them.
